12 Mar Asian Grilled Salmon Steaks
ASIAN GRILLED SALMON STEAKS
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine or sherry
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 salmon steaks approx 4 oz each
In medium bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Place salmon and marinade in a zipper closure freezer bag and turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes.
Brush grill lightly with cooking oil. Preheat on high heat.
Remove salmon from marinade and discard marinade. Place salmon on grill and cook 4 to 6 minutes per side or until salmon flakes easily.
