Ingredients

  • 1 cup reduced sodium beef broth
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup less sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine broth, vinegar, molasses and garlic and onion powder. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until liquid is reduced to about half. Cool.  
  2. Mix homemade sauce with bottled soy sauce. Store in refrigerator. .
