Welcome to www.inmyel.com. By using the website (the “Web Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this “Agreement”). 1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement.

This Agreement may be modified by Inmyel Inc. from time to time, such modifications to be effective upon posting by Inmyel Inc. on the Web Site. By accessing the Web Site you accept this Agreement and agree to the terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein.

2. Term.
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and Inmyel Inc. regarding the use of the Web Site. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
3. Content on Web Site.
a. Proprietary Rights. Inmyel Inc. owns and retains all proprietary rights in and to the Web Site. The Web Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Inmyel Inc., and its licensors.
